A gorgeous mid century, oak desk. Believed to be manufactured by Abbess in the 1940s/50s primarily for use as school teacher desks.
– Excellent restored condition.
Constructed from solid oak and oak veneers, the desk features three solid oak drawers and a pull out writing tray.
The carcass has been painted in a Farrow & Ball medium grey which complements the golden colour of the oak beautifully and gives the desk a modern twist.
