A lovely vintage, oak desk. Manufactured by Abbess in the 1940s/50s primarily for use as school teacher desks.
Excellent restored condition.
Constructed from solid oak and oak veneers, the desk features four solid oak equally sized drawers, we have painted the carcass in a Farrow & Ball grey which gives the desk a modern twist.
The oak has a lovely grain, please take a look at the photographs for more detail.
A beautiful desk that would make a great addition to any vintage/Industrial/mid-century inspired interior.
